First:        ~   Put some snow in the glass ball.
	Second:  ~   Heat it in the oven at 230 F for 20 minutes.
	Third:       ~   Shake it well.
	Fourth:    ~   Put it in the freezer.
	Fifth:        ~   Drop it on the floor and out comes a perfect snow ball.

If you don't like to go through all the above process,  just go outside when it snows and make a snow ball the old fashioned way ... :-)
